Persons will be able to purchase both “built-for-sale” homes or home-sites on which to build a new custom home with their own builder.

The community offers its residents this ideal balance in part through innovative planning but also through design guidelines that enable individuals to create their own dream home through design. Examples of such guidelines are the use of indigenous materials that age well and the careful placement of garages at the rear or beneath residences. To encourage a sense of community, front porches in certain neighborhoods of the community are being placed within conversational distance from sidewalk passersby.

A Design Guidelines Book has been created and an Architectural Review Board empowered to review all residential and landscape plans to ensure they are harmonious and will add to the long-term value of the community.
